Deputy Principal

We require an innovative and passionate Deputy Principal to support leadership that aligns with the Board's Strategic Direction of Learner Centered Pedagogies, Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi (preferred), and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

This person will have proven senior leadership experience, have a growth and innovation mindset, and have business connections along with experience in change leadership. 

The ability to work in a way that is reflective, supportive, and collaborative with a strong commitment to enabling the success of all students is important. including a focus on Māori and Pasifika achievement. 

We are a PB4L (Positive Behaviour for Learning), and a Restorative school. We value extra-curricular opportunities and look forward to your contribution in this area.

The successful applicant will hold a current practicing certificate, issued by the New Zealand Teaching Council
