Science Teacher

Tauranga Girls' College is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and future-focused Science  educator to join our well-resourced Science Learning Area. We are a vibrant, inclusive PB4L and Restorative school committed to empowering learners to impact the world positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons
• Teach across multiple year levels, with a strong emphasis on senior Science, please state specialist science subjects.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment with high standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen programs, innovate, and contribute to wider school culture.

   

• Current NZ Teaching Council practicing certificate.
• Ability to build strong relationships and foster student creativity and problem-solving.
• Open to both experienced and beginning teachers.
